Description

The Stump Jump from D'Arenberg winery is made with 100% Shiraz grapes in McLaren Vale in South Australia.

Made with grapes from vines of advanced age, the vinification begins with a soft pressing and fermentation takes place in open vats. A brief maturation in oak barrels follows before bottling.

Of a beautiful ruby red with purple reflections, it has notes of black and red fruits such as blackberry and cherry on the nose and on the palate it is soft and enveloping, full-bodied and with soft tannins that anticipate a medium-long finish.

Perfect for roasts and barbecued meats, it is to be tried with grilled vegetables and potato flans with speck.
