Description
Dalla Cia's Sauvignon Blanc originates from the alluvial and clay soils of Stellenbosch, in South Africa. It brings with it the flavor of the nearby ocean waters, the intensity of the South African sun and the extroverted personality of its Italian founder.
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are selected and harvested, to then be transported to the cellar where the vinification process begins. After a soft pressing without previous maceration in contact with the skins, the wine ferments and ages on its fine lees for about 6 months.
The glass lights up in a straw yellow color. The nose reveals notes of ripe figs, gooseberries and citrus. In the mouth it is sapid and well structured, balanced and persistent.
It goes very well with a chicken with vegetables.
