Morgenster Cabernet Sauvignon is a fine example of the quality wine offered by the Stellenbosch area, famous for its wines of character and depth. This wine is produced entirely with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, carefully harvested and selected to guarantee the most authentic expression of the territory.

The winemaking takes place according to traditional processes in red. Aging takes place for 12 months in second and third passage French oak barriques, a process that gives the wine complexity and harmony, while preserving the freshness and liveliness of the fruity flavours. The thoughtful use of wood allows for a perfect balance between the varietal notes and those deriving from aging.

Ruby red in colour, it has an intense bouquet on the nose, characterized by notes of ripe red fruit, blackcurrants, cherries and plums. It is enriched with nuances of mint and eucalyptus, which give the wine an unexpected freshness. On the palate it is structured and bold, with soft tannins and a long and persistent finish.
