Description
This Sauvignon Blanc was born in the splendid vineyards of the Somerbosch company, located in the Stellenbosch area, in South Africa.
It is made using only Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested manually and selected in the vineyard. After 3-4 hours in contact with the skins, the wine is left to ferment and then aged in steel for about 30 days. Then it is bottled and stabilized in glass.
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. It brings to the nose an interesting fruity scent of peach and ripe apricot. In the mouth it shows excellent freshness, with fruity notes that return to the mouth with good persistence.
Perfect for accompanying fish dishes, especially roasted or well elaborated, it is excellent with fresh cheeses.
