Stellenbosch WO Circle of Life 2022 Waterkloof

The Circle of Life by Waterkloof is made with Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Chenin Blanc grapes in the Stellenbosch area.

The production philosophy embodies the idea of presenting all the varietal complexity present in the area in a single wine. After harvesting by hand in the early hours of the morning, the whole bunches are pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place both in concrete and in large barrels, lasting approximately 7 months and then leaving the resulting wine in contact with the lees before bottling.

Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it offers herbaceous aromas to the nose accompanied by hints of lime and gooseberry. Floral notes return to the palate, then peach, pear and green apple, with a balanced minerality that offers a long and very captivating sip.

Ideal with seafood dishes based on shellfish or white meats accompanied by herbal sauces.
