Description
Somerbosch's Cabernet Sauvignon sees the light in the incredible Stellenbosch region of South Africa.
This wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested manually in boxes. After the fermentation processes, it is left to rise in second and third passage French and American oak barriques for 12 months. Here the product stabilizes and develops its organoleptic characteristics. Bottle ageing follows.
Somerbosch's Cabernet Sauvignon has a garnet color. The nose has intense vegetal aromas, where mulberry, pepper and a very interesting smoked note stand out. In the mouth, it shows a very pleasant roundness and a good body, with a persistent and slightly spicy finish.
It goes very well with grilled red meats or spiced white meats.
