Description
The Brut Il Frappato di Santa Tresa sparkling wine is born in vineyards located in Sicily, in the province of Ragusa, from Frappato grapes.
The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, and then started to ferment thanks to the use of selected yeasts. The sparkling wine production takes place in steel tanks according to the Charmat method.
Pale pink in color and with a fine perlage, it expresses itself on the nose with hints of wild strawberry and citrus fruits. The sip is fresh and elegant.
Excellent aperitif, it also pairs well with fish and cured meat starters.
