Description
The Extra Dry Spumante Millesimato Stefano Bottega of the Bottega company was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Treviso hills.
It is produced mainly with Glera and Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand in mid-September. After crushing and destemming, the juice is fermented in steel with selected yeasts. Followed by refermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C in an autoclave, for 30 days, according to the Charmat method.
Spumante Brut Stefano Bottega Millesimato is characterized by a bright straw yellow color, with persistent foam and fine perlage. The nose opens with intense fruity sensations, enriched with hints of peach blossom. On the palate it is fresh and lively, pleasantly balanced.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with appetizers, first courses based on fish or white meats.
