Description
The Spumante Brut Rosè Classic Method of Monsupello is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Torricella Verzate, Oliva Gessi.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes harvested only by hand. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in rosé in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Subsequently the wine ages in the bottle for about 30 months before being placed on the market.
This Brut Rosé is characterized by a salmon pink color and a fine and very persistent perlage. The nose opens with a refined and elegant bouquet, with hints of apple, enriched by pleasant aromas of dog rose and bread crust. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly fresh and with good persistence and structure.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, cold cuts and cured meats, it is ideal in combination with fish-based dishes, risottos, red meats and fries.
