Description
Sparkling wine from Falanghina grapes in purity, harvested around the first half of September in the Sannio Beneventano area.
The bunches are pressed whole and then we proceed with a vinification carried out in reduction, i.e. with protection from oxygen. Ferments in steel for 10 days at a temperature of 15 °C, then referments in a pressurized tank at a temperature of 16 °C for 4 months. It is bottled 5 months after the end of the second fermentation.
With a bright straw yellow colour, the floral notes typical of the variety stand out on the nose, accompanied by hints of cedar and white fruit with hints of yeast. It is endowed with a creamy and pleasant sip, perfectly balanced.
Excellent both as an aperitif and at the table, for the whole meal, it is fabulous in the company of appetizers and dishes based on fish or vegetables. Try it in the company of a Neapolitan pizza.
