Description
Cleto Chiarli's Spumante Brut Pignoletto di Modena was born in the heart of the production area of the DOC wines of Emilia Romagna.
It is produced exclusively from Grechetto Gentile grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine rests in steel for a few months before being bottled.
Pignoletto di Modena is characterized by a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant aromatic and slightly fruity bouquet. On the palate it is delicate and fresh. The foam is abundant, with a fine and persistent perlage.
Excellent to serve during aperitifs, with fish appetizers and light salads, it is ideal in combination with delicate and fresh fish second courses.
