Description

The Spumante Brut by Ceci originates from a careful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, varieties that have always shown to be able to express the territory of origin and with perfectly complementary characteristics. The soils of origin are characterized by being generally clayey-silty of medium texture.

The harvest takes place between the middle and the end of August, after which a white vinification is carried out for both varieties. Followed by second fermentation in a pressurized tank according to the principles of the Martinotti-Charmat method.

It is presented in the glass with a pale straw yellow colour and a fine and elegant perlage. The aromas that envelop the nose are reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruit typical of the Chardonnay grape, to which are added the floral and fruity traces of Pinot Noir worked in white. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a harmonious finish on a finish of dried fruit.

Excellent in combination with fish, molluscs and crustaceans, it is ideal as an accompaniment to poultry in general.
