Description

Spadafora craft beer

Spadafora is characterized by the addition of Pecorello grape must. Produced in Calabria, this beer combines winemaking and brewing tradition in a single sip. The color is a brilliant golden yellow, representative of the Pecorello grape variety from which the must derives.

How Spadafora is produced

The production of Spadafora follows a meticulous process that begins with the selection of the best Pecorello grapes, directly from the Calabrian vineyards. The must obtained is then combined with barley malt, water, hops and yeast, in a perfect synergy that respects artisanal techniques. The entire process takes place in the name of quality and freshness, guaranteeing a beer with a unique character and intense fizz.

Sight, nose, eye and palate

Spadafora has a bright golden yellow color and a fine, compact foam. On the nose, delicate notes of citrus and yellow pulp fruit stand out, which herald a complex and enveloping flavour. On the palate, the same fruity notes blend with a pleasant alcoholic sensation, culminating in a savory and medium-persistent finish. The beer has no bitterness, with a structured body that enhances its aromatic richness.

What does Spadafora pair with?

Spadafora is ideal for accompanying fish and seafood dishes, enhancing their delicate flavors and freshness.
