The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes used for this wine come from different areas, so as to combine the varied facets that this grape variety can assume depending on where it is located. The wine obtained ages for 17 months in French oak barrels.

Ruby red with deep hues. The nose knows how to combine the black cherry and spice trait typical of Knights Valley, with that of Bordeaux creme de cassis. In the mouth, the velvety tannin will surprise you, in combination with the soft and enveloping sip. It persists in a long and creamy trail of dark fruit.

Ideal in combination with a fillet in Parmesan sauce.
