Description

Dry Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine produced with a blend of grapes composed mostly of Cabernet Sauvignon, with additions of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, coming from vineyards located in the eastern hills and western mountain sites of the Dry Creek Valley, California . The vines are aged between 14 and 30 years.

Winemaking involves fermentation for 11-17 days in fermenters, with pumping over twice a day. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 19 months in French oak barrels, 38% of which are new. This long refinement gives the wine complexity and structure.

Dry Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon features intense aromas of black fruit, such as blackberry and black cherry, with notes of dark chocolate and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well structured, with soft tannins and a long and persistent finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs perfectly with grilled red meats and mature cheeses.
