Description
The Soave Broia white wine by Roccolo Grassi originates from the Broia vineyard of the same name, located in the heart of Soave.
It is made from 100% Garganega grapes, harvested at the end of September. 50% of the grapes is fermented in 20 hl Slavonian oak barrels, the remainder in cement. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 12 months and partially carries out the malolactic fermentation.
It is characterized by an intense straw yellow colour. The nose is expressed with aromas of white flowers, peach and mineral notes. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a discreet persistence.
Perfect to accompany savory fish dishes, including cod, white meats and semi-aged cheeses.
