Description
Ilatium Morini's Soave Campo Le Calle was born in vineyards located in Mezzane di Sotto and Valle d'Illasi, in the province of Verona.
The pure Garganega grapes are dried for 12 days and then macerated in the press for 12 hours. The must is cleaned and fermented in stainless steel at 15°C for 20-25 days.
It is characterized by a golden yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of yellow flowers, honey and dried apricot. The sip is broad and structured, with a long persistence.
Excellent with important dishes based on fish and molluscs.
