Description

Inama's Soave Classico Vin Soave was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Monteforte d'Alpone and Soave, in the province of Verona. It is obtained exclusively with Garganega grapes which have an average age of more than 30 years and are cultivated in such a way as to obtain rather low yields to favor the qualitative aspect of the fruit. The vineyards rest on volcanic soils which give extreme flavor and mineral references.

After manual harvesting and pressing, a short contact maceration takes place between the must and the skins to give greater personality and aromatic intensity to the wine. Fermentation and refinement on the fine lees take place in steel.

Vin Soave is characterized by a very light yellow color. The nose opens with delicate floral aromas of chamomile, elderberry and iris, enriched with fruity notes of peach and apple. On the palate it is mineral with a pleasant almond aftertaste.

This white wine is perfect for accompanying mixed salad, risottos and fish-based dishes in general.
