Description
The Soave of the Gini winery is made 100% from Garganega grapes, the typical white vine from Veneto. The vines are 70 years old and grow on the Soave hills between 100 and 200 meters above sea level
After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo a soft pressing, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts, all without the addition of sulphites. The wine remains at least 6 months in contact with its natural fermentation yeasts, in small stainless steel tanks.
The wine has a straw yellow color with green-gold reflections. The nose is perceived aromas of fresh white flowers (hawthorn, elder, cherry), tropical fruit (pineapple) and white peach. Its taste is harmonious, with hints of almond and a mineral background.
Pairing with first courses of pasta, also stuffed, with fish and white meats (farm animals).
