Description

Gin Sloe Gin is produced by Broken Bones Distillery, a distillery in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

"Sloe Gin" is a style of gin characterized by the infusion of wild sloes for a few months. Among the botanicals we find juniper and dog rose that grow in the Slovenian Karst, as well as spices such as cardamom and coriander.

It is a gin with a fine and elegant flavour, in which the sweetness and acidity of sloes mix with the balsamic nature of juniper, flowers and spices, for an aromatic and fruity finish.

It can be enjoyed both alone and used in mixology.
