Description
Gin Sloe Blumenfeld is an aged South Tyrolean Gin, with a surprising colour and capable in a single sip of revealing true mountain challenges.
Gin that interprets finesse and momentum, it is made with a classic base of herbs, spices and macerated and distilled fruits, to which the juice produced by wild blackthorn berries is subsequently added. Reaching 28 degrees of alcohol, it is a refreshing distillate and designed to represent the most authentic high-altitude flavours, created by the skilful combination of rare and sought-after ingredients, chosen with ancestral wisdom by master distillers to obtain harmonious and complex flavours.
Bright ruby red in colour and of medium intensity, it releases to the nose all the charge of red fruits such as currants, raspberries and small wild strawberries, then releasing small hints of nettle, mint, cardamom and juniper that blend harmoniously and suggest great olfactory cleansing. On the palate it is refreshing and with very pleasant acidic notes that soften the spicy part so as not to disturb the overall balance of the sip. The red fruits and the crunchiness of the almond are back for an enveloping and persistent flavour.
It can be served as a thirst-quenching aperitif, straight or with ice. Try it even slightly fresh to let yourself be conquered by the enveloping flavour of red fruits.
