Description

Limited edition rum, released only in the best years, the Single Vintage is the most elegant version of the Diplomático range, obtained by distillation in a copper pot still and following a long and complex maturation process. It ages for 12 years in ex-Bourbon and ex-Whiskey American oak barrels, and for a year in barrels that were previously used for the aging of Sherry.

It reveals itself to the eye with an intense color that recalls the shade of amber. The olfactory spectrum develops around soft and delicate sensations of dried fruit, sultanas and milk chocolate. On the palate it is satisfying and full, with excellent structure, with a very persistent finish.

Perfect to be consumed straight.
