Description
The Single Malt Scotch Whiskey Land Cask Aerstone was born in Scotland in the Aisla Bay distillery of William Grant & Sons, founded in 2007. The warehouses in which it is produced are located in the hinterland of the county of Ayrshire, southwest of Glasgow, in the heart of the Scottish Lowlands.
It is produced from the distillation of malted barley, while the fermentation takes place thanks to the use of selected yeasts.
Medium amber in color, it is characterized by pleasant peaty and smoky notes, olives, honey and spices.
It is consumed both smooth and with ice or in the preparation of cocktails.
