Butirah comes from the ancient Arabic name of Butera, which reveals the exotic soul of a Sicily halfway between East and West

A precious and refined Syrah, which thanks to the ageing for 12 months in 60 hl Slavonian barrels and then again in the bottle combines structure and complexity.

A red with intriguing aromas of cherry and sweet spices, which envelops the palate in soft sensations of juicy fruitiness, and leaves a persistent and intense finish that is remembered.

A full-bodied red ideal in combination with meat dishes rich in flavour, such as stews, meat sauce, game, but also excellent to accompany platters of aged cheeses.
