Description
For 63 vintages, Regaleali Bianco has represented the estate whose name it bears. It fully expresses the aromatic potential of the territory.
A classic that is always in shape, unmistakable with its Rhenish bottle. A blend born from three native vines, grown in the high hills, Inzolia, Grecanico and Catarratto, with a small addition of Chardonnay.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C for 15 days. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 3 months before being bottled.
It is characterized by a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers a fruity bouquet, with hints of apple, pear, peach and citrus. On the palate it is rich, intense and pleasantly fresh. Perfect at all times, it is ideal in combination with first courses and fish-based dishes.
