Description

I Sensi Zibibbo L'Olfatto is a white wine from Abbazia Santa Anastasia, produced with 100% Zibibbo grapes grown in the Basse Madonie. This wine is certified organic, respecting rigorous standards of sustainable production.

Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with automatic temperature control between 16 and 18°C, allowing for a long and gradual fermentation that develops a remarkable aromatic complexity. The wine ages for 4 months in steel tanks, 1 month of which on the lees to give structure and depth, followed by 2 months of bottle aging to refine the aromatic profile.

This Zibibbo white wine has a straw yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose it is aromatic and harmonious, with notes of citrus, medlar, peach, plum and white mulberry, accompanied by floral scents of jasmine, orange blossom and orange blossom. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with a citrus flavor and notes of summer fruit, finishing with a pleasant flavor.

This wine pairs perfectly with fish dishes and summer salads.
