Luca Gardini
Deep ruby red, notes of cherry, balsamic-mentholated touches, closing on the notes of cinnamon. Mouth of tension and crunchiness, return of sweet spices, elegant and iodized tannic texture, final with fruity return.

Description

Mahâris originates in the vineyards of Feudo Maccari, in Noto, in the province of Syracuse.

It is produced entirely from Syrah bunches, which are harvested once they have reached perfect ripeness. The fermentation takes place, in contact with the skins, in steel for 18 days. Subsequently the wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and for a further 12 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

It has a ruby red color. The nose releases a pleasantly fruity bouquet, accompanied by balsamic and cocoa notes. It is a round and silky wine, with a pleasantly spicy character that leads to an enjoyable and persistent finish.

Ideal in combination with game and red meats, it is recommended to combine it with aged cheeses.
