Description

Dolce & Gabbana Rosa Donnafugata is a rosé wine produced with Nocera and Nerello Mascalese grapes.

With grapes harvested by hand from vineyards located on the north side of Etna, maceration is carried out cold in the press for 6-12 hours, followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages 2 months in the tank and at least 3 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

Of a beautiful bright pink, it offers the nose a wide and refined bouquet with hints of jasmine, rose petals, delicate fruity notes of currant and bergamot. On the palate it is fragrant and mineral, with an excellent return of red fruits and a decisive persistence.

Given the delicacy of the wine it is recommended to accompany aperitifs, raw fish, vegetarian dishes and white meats with delicate sauces.
