Description
The Nero d'Avola Sicily of Feudo Arancio was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento.
It is produced exclusively with Nero d'Avola grapes, harvested once it has reached perfect aromatic maturation. Fermentation takes place, with maceration with the skins, for 6-8 days at a controlled temperature of 22-24 ° C. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months in French oak barrels.
This Nero d'Avola from Feudo Arancio has a concentrated ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is intense and enveloping, with hints of black currant, wild strawberry and pomegranate. On the palate it is silky and round, pleasantly fruity.
Perfect to accompany with risotto and baked pasta, it is ideal in combination with lamb, red meats and tasty cheeses.
