Description
This Grillo comes to light from the Sallier de La Tour estate of Tasca d'Almerita, located in the Palermo municipality of Monreale.
It is obtained exclusively from Grillo grapes, whose fermentation takes place traditionally in steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 15 days. Subsequently, the wine is always aged in steel on the fine lees for 4 months, before the subsequent bottling.
It appears bright yellow with green reflections. The nose offers notes of citrus and sage, accompanied by pleasant hints of green apple. On the palate it is sapid and ready to drink, closing on a fresh and persistent finish.
Suitable to accompany first and second courses based on fish.
