Description
The Il Mare di Augustali white wine is born in vineyards located in the Monreale area, in the province of Palermo.
It is produced with 100% Grillo grapes, which are vinified off-white in thermo-regulated steel tanks. The refinement takes place in the same containers, followed by 3 months in the bottle.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it reveals aromas of peach and pear to the nose. The sip is fresh and tasty, with good persistence.
This white wine is perfect to accompany octopus carpaccio, mussels and first courses seasoned with fish and vegetables.
