Description
The Sicily Grillo di Feudo Arancio was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Acate, in the province of Ragusa.
It is produced entirely with Grillo grapes, harvested only by hand around the second week of September. After pressing in reduction conditions, i.e. in the total absence of oxygen, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C for 10 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 5 months on its lees, before being bottled.
It has a concentrated and intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with a tropical bouquet, with hints of mango and papaya, which are combined with pleasant notes of jasmine and white flowers. On the palate it is delicately fresh and balanced.
Perfect to accompany first courses based on vegetables and seafood, it is ideal in combination with white meats and baked fish.
