Description

Azisa means "splendid" in Sicilian, an adjective that describes the character of this product. The wine is born inside the Zisola estate, a Sicilian company owned by the Mazzei family located in Noto, in the province of Syracuse.

Obtained from 100% Grillo grapes, carefully selected and harvested by hand at the end of August, this white wine ferments at low temperatures (15 ° C), and then passes a short period of refinement between steel and glass, where it stabilizes its organoleptic characteristics.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a scent that recalls fresh notes of flowers and citrus, with pleasant mineral sensations in the background. In the mouth it is sapid and with an excellent acid vein.

Ideal with light appetizers and grilled vegetables, it finds its perfect match with fish-based first courses such as pasta with sardines.
