Description

Seriously Cool by Waterkloof is made with Chenin Blanc grapes from the Stellenbosch and Helderberg area.

The production philosophy embodies the idea of presenting all the varietal complexity present in the area in a single wine. After harvesting by hand in the early hours of the morning, the whole bunches are pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place both in concrete and in large barrels, lasting approximately 5 months and then leaving the resulting wine in contact with the lees before bottling.

Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it offers the nose aromas of lime, nuts and elegant floral notes of jasmine and acacia flowers. On the palate it is rich and harmonious thanks to the contact with the yeasts and has an excellent structure balanced between freshness and minerality for a long and intense finish.

Ideal with fish lasagna, shellfish, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
