Description

Johannisberg Abbey Schloss Johannisberg Riesling Trocken Gelblack was born on the banks of the Rhine in the German region of Hesse.

It is entirely produced from Riesling grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. The grapes are grown in the ancient vineyards of the abbey, places capable of giving character to the wine.

This Riesling is characterized by a light straw yellow color. The nose opens with light aromatic aromas, enriched with hints of sweet citrus and ripe yellow fruit. On the palate it is pleasantly dry and balanced.

Ideal to combine with soups or vegetable soups, it is perfect to serve with delicate summer salads of pasta and rice and with recipes based on tender white meat.
