Description

Savigny-les-Beaune Premier Cru Les Narbantons from Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret is an elegant and refined red wine, produced in the heart of Burgundy from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This wine comes from a terroir characterized by calcareous soils on deep clay, gravel and pebbles, which give the wine a complex and mineral structure.

The vines are harvested manually and subjected to a careful selection and destemming process. The refinement takes place in new oak barrels, for a period that varies between 12 and 18 months.

Its color intensity is a lively red. It develops a complex and enveloping bouquet, dominated by elegant notes of red fruits that integrate with delicate spicy and toasted nuances. On the palate this wine presents itself with a well-defined tannic structure, balanced by a lively freshness.

This wine pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
