Description

The Savigny-lès-Beaune Blanc Les Goudelettes from Puy de l'Ours is a fine white wine produced in the renowned Burgundy region, in the Côte de Beaune. The organic vineyard is cultivated on clayey-limestone soils with white marl, this Chardonnay expresses the essence of its terroir.

The harvest of the grapes takes place manually. Much attention is paid to carrying out sustainable agricultural practices and a minimalist approach to winemaking, with meticulous attention also paid to maintaining the natural qualities of the fruit and transmitting the distinctive character of the soil. This careful work in the vineyard translates vividly into the quality of the wine.

On the nose, it blossoms with aromas of ripe yellow fruits and hints of white flowers such as acacia and lime, deliciously accompanied by mineral notes. In the mouth, the wine is extremely expressive, pure and deep, offering a rich and engaging tasting.
