Description
The Clos de Frémine of the Thibaud Boudignon domain originates from vineyards located in the Savennières, more precisely near the lieu-dit Clos de la Hutte. Viticulture slavishly adopts the principles imposed by the biodynamic regime.
It is the result of only hand-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, without carrying out malolactic fermentation. Subsequently the wine ages in French and Austrian oak barrels.
At sight it presents a straw yellow color. Its aromatic bouquet is centered on pear and mango aromas, enriched with elegant floral notes. On the palate it is delicate, elegant and silky.
Ideal in combination with white meats and fish, it is perfect to serve with shellfish and seafood.
