Dealurile Munteniei Sauvignon Blanc IG 2020 La Umbra

Sauvignon Blanc La Umbra is produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and comes from Romania.

This dry wine is produced while preserving the aromatic quality of the grapes to the maximum, which are immediately vinified after harvesting with a soft pressing and fermentation at low temperatures. The wine does not undergo aging in wood and is bottled after normal stabilization.

Intense straw yellow in color, it has a beautiful floral bouquet with hints of elderberry, peach, gooseberry and wild herbs such as sage, mint and nettle. On the palate it is fresh and of good flavor, with return of fruit and good balance with the refreshing acid component.

Perfect for fatty cheeses and shellfish, it can be served with grilled chicken, salads or fried starters.
