Description
Sauternes Château Landion was born in vineyards located in the Gironde, department of French Aquitaine.
It is produced with Sauvignon and Semillon grapes, harvested late by hand between the months of October and November. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique and in steel before being bottled.
This Sauternes is characterized by an intense golden yellow color. The nose opens with delicate aromas of exotic fruit and honey, enriched with pleasant hints of acacia and vanilla. On the palate it is full and sweet, with a balanced acidity.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany foie gras and aged cheeses.
