Sannio Fiano DOC 2023 Il Poggio

This Fiano from the Il Poggio winery originates from the hills of Sannio Benevento and transmits all the typical preciousness of the terroir of origin.

After the harvest, carried out in the second decade of October, the bunches of only Fiano are transported to the rooms used for winemaking, where fermentation is carried out in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine stays in the same containers to refine its organoleptic characteristics.

It reveals itself to the eye with a straw yellow color with green reflections. On the nose there is a progression of intense aromas of ripe fruit with white pulp and notes of wild flowers. On the palate it is pleasantly soft and fresh.

Perfect to be paired with first courses based on fish, octopus and scampi, it is excellent in the company of fresh cheeses.
