Description
La Guardiense, a cooperative of Campania wine producers, signs several "white berry" labels, an expression of the purity of the vine and the texture of the terroir. Among these there is also the Greco, a grape variety that unravels its personality through the characteristics of finesse.
The Greco variety grapes come from the Sannio hills, located within the province of Benevento. The grapes are subjected to cryomaceration and subsequent soft pressing. Fermented and aged in steel tanks, to be bottled in the March following the harvest.
At sight it presents itself in an intense straw yellow colour. In the delicate perfume it brings back the features of its sulphurous and rocky land, also present on the sip in a fine flavour and well cohesive with the structure of the body. Fades to a fruity and floral memory with white tints.
Perfect to accompany a roasted cuttlefish.
