Description
The Fiano of the La Guardiense winery was born among the Sannio Beneventano vineyards, owned by different wine producers in this area of Campania.
The grapes of Fiano variety come from vines with an average age of 10 years, planted on clay and limestone soil located at 300-400 meters above sea level. Once harvested and transported to the cellar, the grapes are subjected to cryomaceration and, after a soft pressing, they were sent for alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. Refine in bottle until March following the harvest.
In the glass has the clarity of its straw yellow color. Notes of pineapple, white peach and a very light citrus trace make up the bouquet. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid, delicate in its aromatic components and managed in a good structure.
Perfect to accompany octopus with potatoes.
