Description
Il Poggio's Sannio Coda di Volpe is a label that showcases the personality of this typical Campania variety grown in the Taburno area.
The harvest is done by hand in the second ten days of September. The must ferments in steel and refines in the same containers to enhance the best expression of its aromatic characteristics and freshness.
The color is straw yellow. The hints of white fruit, including pear and peach, are those that immediately stand out on the nose. The fruity imprint also dominates the palate, which perceives a soft, savory and pleasantly acidulous taste.
Recommended in combination with baked or grilled fish dishes, but also in the company of fresh cheeses.
