Description
The Paz di Las Moras is born in vineyards located in San Juan de Cuyo, in the northern part of the renowned Argentine region of Mendoza.
It is produced with 100% Malbec grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is aged in French and American oak barriques for 15 months and then 6 months in the bottle.
It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a bouquet of ripe fruit, coffee and chocolate. The taste is warm and soft, with silky tannins and good persistence.
Perfect to accompany mushroom risotto, red meats and roasted and stewed game.
