Description
Torramos of Alamos is a wine that was born in the extreme conditions of the Argentine region of Salta, at altitudes between 1,500 and 3,000 meters, with temperatures that can range from 100 degrees during the day to 55 degrees at night, a significant thermal change that allows the grapes to accumulate intense and daring flavours during the day and to preserve the structure and freshness at night.
Obtained from pure Torrontés grapes, it is endowed with a straw yellow colour and a delicate and fragrant bouquet, thanks to the high altitude vineyards, with suggestive aromas of orange blossom and jasmine. In the mouth it has vibrant notes of ripe fish and pineapple which guide towards a fresh finish.
Excellent in combination with white meats and fish dishes, it goes exquisitely with tofu cubes.
