Description
The Salina Bianco di Hauner is born in vineyards located in the heart of the beautiful Aeolian island of Salina.
It is produced with Insolia and Catarratto grapes, harvested only by hand in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers before being bottled.
This Salina Bianco is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with aromas of green apple and plums, enriched with pleasant hints of mimosa and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly sapid and with a good persistence.
Perfect to accompany raw fish, seafood and sushi, it is ideal in combination with fries, pizza and fresh cheeses.
