Description
The Salice Salentino Negroamaro Sei Caselle di Tagaro was born in the heart of Salento, from vineyards grown on clay-limestone soils.
The harvest of only Negroamaro grapes takes place manually. After a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature for 48 hours, there is inoculation of selected yeasts and fermentation with long maceration on the skins. Once the malolactic fermentation has been completed, the wine ages in French oak barrels for 4 months, then for another 3 months in the bottle.
It appears ruby red in colour. It displays intense notes of red fruit on the nose that combine with delicate spicy aromas. On the palate it is full and characteristic, a wine with undoubted personality.
Perfect to serve with tasty first courses and second courses based on red meat.
