Description

The Verdeca Pietraluce was born in the vineyards of Castello Monaci, in Puglia.

It is produced entirely with pure Verdeca grapes. After a soft pressing, the grapes are vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks. At the beginning of February, the product is reassembled and aged for about 2 months in the bottle.

It is characterized by a deep straw yellow colour. The nose brings aromas of tropical fruit, among which banana and pineapple stand out, accompanied by notes of white and purple flowers. In the mouth it is full and full-bodied, soft and enveloping, with a final note of vanilla.

Perfect with hors d'oeuvres and risottos, this wine is spectacular with fish and shellfish dishes.
