Description
The Salento Negroamaro Pellirosso of the Coppi company was born in vineyards located in the province of Brindisi, in the heart of Salento.
It is produced only with Negroamaro grapes, manually harvested in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in steel and for another 6 months in bottle, before being put on the market.
The Pellirosso di Coppi has a bright red color. The nose opens with pleasant and persistent hints of black berry fruit. On the palate it is dry and soft, with excellent balance and flavor.
Ideal in combination with braised vegetables and legume dishes, it is perfect to accompany grilled white meats.
